A Growing Community at Cambridge Crossing: CX Summer Nights & CX Movie Nights

As the summer event season begins to wind down and our team looks ahead to planning for summer 2023, we want to take a moment to thank the amazing partners and the community for coming together and joining us for CX Summer Nights and CX Movie Nights. Both series provide an opportunity for the community to come together and enjoy free live music, free outdoor movies, local food and drinks, ways to support local nonprofits, and more.

None of this would be possible without our partnership with the East Cambridge Business Association. From connecting us to the community, to providing event support each event night, we could not make these special community events happen without their hardworking team.

Summer of 2022 saw record breaking attendance for each event, seeing over 9,000 visitors combined. We are delighted to see the diversity of people coming together from near and far, families, friends, residents, tenants, and of course dogs! All enjoying the many open spaces at CX, including The Common, Maria Baldwin Open Space, and Dawes Field.

We want to thank the community for their continued support throughout the years. CX Summer Events are nothing without the community who make Cambridge Crossing a vibrant and welcoming neighborhood. We look forward to continuing to plan CX Summer Nights and CX Movie Nights, and even more exciting additions to the CX neighborhood for years to come!
